That’s why we’ve made our shipping process easy, reliable, and totally stress-free. No fuss, no surprises—just smooth delivery straight to your doorstep.

 

All Mattresses Ship Free

All orders over $100 ship free within the contiguous U.S. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. So you can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time dreaming up bedtime routines.

 

Order Processing

We ship via FedEx Ground, carefully packing each mattress so it arrives safe and snug. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for us to process and prep it for shipping.

Heads up: If you order multiple items, we’ll ship everything together once it’s ready to go. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is en route.

During holidays or sales, things may take a little longer—but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

 

Pre-Order Items

Is your favorite item out of stock? If it's available for pre-order, go ahead and reserve it! We typically restock within 2–3 weeks, and we’ll ship your full order once everything is ready.

Our mattresses arrive in a compact box (yep, mattress magic!). Here’s how to make setup a breeze:

 

·       Clear the Space: Make sure your child’s bed or bunk is ready for its new mattress.

 

·       Team Lift: If possible, have two adults on hand to move the box to the right room.

 

 

·       Open Carefully: Once you unbox and unwrap, the mattress will expand—give it some time to fully puff up.

 

·       Inspect: Please take a moment to check for any transit damage or issues right away.
